How do I revise my Start and Completion Date for my J#?
a. You may login to the Online Asbestos Notification System and click the “Edit Job Details” button from your Asbestos Notification Summary Page to revise your Start and Completion Dates. b. The Start Date cannot be revised after your Start Date has past. You have until 11:59 pm on your Start Date to revise the Start Date. After that time, the system will no longer allow you to revise your Start Date. [JC1] c. The Completion Date cannot be revised after your Completion Date has past. You have until 11:59 pm of your Completion Date to revise your Completion Date. After that time, the system will no longer allow you to revise your Completion Date and the J# will expire. |
